In the age of social media, people constantly share their thoughts with the world. Recently, Meta launched a new platform called "Threads". Despite only being launched on July 6th, 2023, it has already been downloaded by 10 million users within 7 hours. This raises the question, why are people rushing to join yet another platform when they are already on multiple ones?

Threads app- good or bad

Why the rush :

The craze of newness and New platforms attract humans, which is the law of nature that the New dimension has always given an adrenaline rush.

Why I take deliberate Shallow path : Poetry on Life decision

Deliberately each step afar downbeat tie,

Tried hard, struggled to connect right.

You remained untouched, commotion in me;

Each sign unfolded, lost you with hope key.

My existence turned ghost with dire smile,

No reason to walk an unaccompanied mile.

How to win over Dilemma in life with 1 simple step

Were you in a dilemma to decide to work from home or go to the office? Or

Were you in a dilemma to visit loved ones or stay at home for the safety of both?

Who among us has not been in a dilemma in recent times? We all are in a situation where we want more options for making the best decisions. Dilemma word itself means “A situation in which a difficult choice has to be made between two or more alternatives”. From hundreds of options, you have to make the apt choice for yourself and others which varies from shopping, cooking menu, relationships. But why does such a situation arises?

To understand the dilemma let’s have a situation in the poetry manner where Keshvi is in the dilemma when it rains.

Tree's pedagogy of Life with Significant Lessons

Day by day it grows

Elongates at end, so is shadows

Branches bloom to balance

Each one in unique manner

Yet same with strong roots

I am LIFE that springily shoots

In air to fathom the dreams.

Lessons learnt in the year 2020 : साल 2020 की सीख

Year 2020 was the year of learnings, some of which were lost in the hush hush of life's race and a few were just ignored in our own bliss of comfort. This year will hold a special place in each ones life and so do ours.

Year 2020 has filled our hearts with immense emotions and must say a varied thoughts too, we have penned our thoughts in the poetic form that shares the lessons learnt and importance of them.

Aideu 2020 Poem - MeenalSonal

Mamma Perfectionist in a trouble

Shanaya was pleased to see her mother when she arrived to stay back with her for a week.  After hugging her Shanaya tears dropped, this was unusual as Shanaya and her parents lived in same city and would meet often.  Shanaya’s mother Madhulika sensed something was not right with her daughter. Madhulika was a lady with a strong aura and was leading professor of soft skills before her retirement.

Shanaya’s son Yuvin made Madhulika visits her daughter more often these days, but this visit was not for Yuvin it was for Shanaya, as she could make out that Shanaya is worried over something and was not sharing. Madhulika was waiting for the right time to talk to her daughter.  Shanaya very carefully prepared meals for her 15-month-old toddler and instructed her helper for each task with minute details. Her mother knew how perfectionist is Shanaya but some thing was taking toll on her.

When Yuvin was taking afternoon nap Shanaya sat with her mother to chat and simultaneously switched on laptop to book tickets and hotels for their upcoming vacation with her son for the first time after Yuvin was born.

Madhulika asked Shanaya, “What happened Sanu”, she called Sanaya Sanu with love.
Shanaya took few seconds and said “Nothing Ma”, and peeped into laptop with more confusion.

Mighty Drop

This poem has won WOW Badge from Blogadda :)

I am little drop in an ocean
Always agile and in motion
Want to do a lot of contribution
Wish to be a part in solution.

I am a little drop in an ocean
Can withstand many negations
My presence makes sense in conurbation
I will say my word with energy in gallons.

I am a little drop in an ocean
Important yet minute portion
My presence is missed in healthy relation
Minus me incomplete is world’s sweet potion.

I am a little drop in an ocean
Mandatory for a healthy relation
I am none other than mindfulness
Surviving in each one in trueness.

I am little drop in an ocean
Listen to my calls and caution
My messages are deep & in connection

Listen to me for precise decision.

BINGO & LiFE

How much happy we feel when all letters are strikes off in Bingo game, a feeling of victory arises. Similarly in a game called life, such victories can definitely bring in more enthusiasm and energy. So how to do it?

In my perspective if an apt expression is given /shared with a correct person at right time then it’s a win –win situation.

These three ingredients if served effortlessly then every relationship will flourish without any hitch, so go and express yourselves to your family and friends as if few words said later are like a fresh lime soda without spirit essence.

Keeping this post crisp and clear, so that the is message absorbed completely :)

IPL - I Pledge to Love Mother Earth : Poetry for Kids on Earth Day

Nature has bestowed selflessly many things for us; it is our duty to channelize the real nature's treasure in efficiently.
The younger generation needs to understand the importance and values for preserving the environment.

Our mother earth is a treasure trove of incredible things that selflessly pour their benefits for all of us. It's time to show our gratitude towards nature by contributing our bit. Involving the younger generation in this virtue is very important to make them understand the worthiness of resource conservation. It is our bit in the form of poetry for kids on Earth Hour to contemplate the entire scenario in a the form that will be enjoyed by them and would leave an impact on their innocent minds.

Write Your Beliefs: Reason why WE blog

My friend asked me, do you agree what you write in the posts. I was shocked at a moment and answered, “Of course, I believe what I write”; isn’t it natural. For which she just smiled and shrugged it off. This question made me pen down this post.

“Write it down, you will remember much better”, is what I remember teachers saying. Be it mathematic tables, formulas, or a scientific explanation, writing them again and again, made me understand the things and registered in mind too. It’s actually a cyclic process, what you write you believe and what you believe you write. Confused! Let me keep my point in much simpler manner.

The facts we agree are written down so easily, without given a second thought. For example if one is given a pen to test, then one would initially scribble and when asked to write and see, they would write name or some phrase which they completely trust, because one is so sure to write what you completely believe. Contrastingly, if a say write down in a paper “I have done wrong today”, one would naturally hesitate, though by just writing the person may not become wrong.

That’s why I always feel that, one should write what they completely believe in, be it your status, comment. As your written words are your belief and your beliefs make the person you are. I completely agree with Benjamin Franklin, which says, ”Either write something worth reading or do something worth writing.

It’s a proven fact that if you pen down your goals and tasks, you will be more enthusiastic to complete it, and checklist works like images pasted (on walls and doors) for inspiration to achieve them. Similarly writing beliefs make them stronger, so list down your beliefs and read it aloud. And if you can’t write a belief, then think again you may not truly agreeing to it but just following it.

Happy Writing

Your writing can change one’s perspective, make one’s day and even can bring smile or fill eyes with tears. So let your beliefs reach other through your writing. And ending with a beautiful quote by F.Scott Fitzgerald You don't write because you want to say something, you write because you have something to say.

Happy Writing !

Writing is a spiritual practice in that people that have no spiritual path can undertake it and, as they write, they begin to wake up to a larger connection. After a while, people tend to find that there is some muse that they are connecting too.
