देश के वीरों को भावपूर्ण श्रद्धांजलि : Heartfelt Homage to Indian Soldiers

आज हवाओं में इतनी खामोशी क्यूं
सरहद की हवाएं इतनी धीमी क्यूं
गूंज सफेद पर्वतों की आज है गुम
सिसक रहा हर गली मौहल्ला क्यूं

Beauty in a Dust

Spider silk clung at the doors, over the windows, and over everything she had left behind.

“Who she Papa”, asked an inquisitive Raima who was engrossed to his father 40 years old story.

Honest wish to GOD

God! Take away these soaring eyes, take away;
don’t need them in this way.
Stoned Eyes lost charm in this bay,
Everything here is now dull & grey.

There were times eyes loved each sight,
now things looks meekly in terrific plight.
Nothing more good to view even in broad day light,
everything seems wrong nothing is right.

Life = Dreams - Expectations

We are glad to reach another milestone, today it is our 300th post :)

Life, box of expectations
coming out one by one,
from each in every direction,
keeps increasing manifold
giving wings to new assumptions.

Mighty Drop

This poem has won WOW Badge from Blogadda :)

I am little drop in an ocean
Always agile and in motion
Want to do a lot of contribution
Wish to be a part in solution.

I am a little drop in an ocean
Can withstand many negations
My presence makes sense in conurbation
I will say my word with energy in gallons.

I am a little drop in an ocean
Important yet minute portion
My presence is missed in healthy relation
Minus me incomplete is world’s sweet potion.

I am a little drop in an ocean
Mandatory for a healthy relation
I am none other than mindfulness
Surviving in each one in trueness.

I am little drop in an ocean
Listen to my calls and caution
My messages are deep & in connection

Listen to me for precise decision.

When I was a Child - Unique Approach

This post has won WOW badge from Blogadda

I didn't see what's wrong,

I didn't support any wing,
I walked where my heart lead,
When I was a child I didn't had any enemies.

I didn't look at labels or deals,

I didn't go out only to shop,
I wore which was comfortable,
When I was a child I loved everything.

I didn't worked for money,

I didn't walked for honey,
I just played till I exhausted,
When I was a child I had peaceful night.

I didn't expressed each time,

I didn't say a word sometimes,
I just hugged my dear ones,
When I was a child I simply loved everyone.

I didn't had any balance sheets,
I didn't think to cheat,
I just made many friends,

When I was a child I had fun time.

As we grow up we forget the unique and simple way of approach to life which children's have. Let's take resolution on this Children's day to atleast have childlike approach sometimes

Home Made Ganesh Idol by Children on Ganesh Chaturti

One day to go and I wish you all launch G3 mission in your homes. Wondering what it is, tomorrow is Ganesha Chaturti and most of the Hindu families and followers of Lord Ganesha welcome him home by placing an idol and worshiping him. Many have social gatherings of Ganesha Chaturti festival with much enthusiasm and galore. Idols are beautifully carved by craftsmen from various materials and are available in many sizes too.

After 1 or 3 or 5 or 7 or 9 or 11 days Ganesh nimarjan is celebrated where idols are submerged in nearby pond/river water.  This act performed brings imbalance to environment as idols are prepared with insoluble and non-environment friendly materials such as plaster of paris, ropes, paints, thermocol.

Ganesha who is popularly known as Vighana harta, which means obstacle remover; his celebrations lead to imbalance in environment. Surely God wants all celebrations to be completed in perfect way, so why people make this occasion as one of the reason for imbalance to water and environment.

So, let’s not create a disproportion and launch G3 mission at home and nearby societies by pledging to celebrate festival with GO GREEN GANESHA anthem.

Buy idols that are soluble in water and eco-friendly or one can prepare Ganesha idols at home with clay, mud or molding sand. My friend shared a Ganesha made by her son.

Isn’t it colorful and cute Ganesha idol? Encourage your children to do similar project and rejoice the true meaning of festival that is happiness.

Our prime minister also requested the same in his monthly chat “Mann ki Baat” with people of nation for going green during this festive season. There are many artists, who make beautiful idols with natural material.

Folks, let’s all join hands and welcome Ganesha in more cleaner and greener environment and pray that all the obstacles in life fade away by walking on right  greener path.

Sprint for new beginning

Combined with thoughtful stats,
entered a conglomeration of countries vast;

together they emerged as a powerful block,
hand in hand together they flock.

Major outburst of self-confidence took over,
changing time has priorities to hover;

dissolving n detaching inculcates mixed feeling,
future stances can make different stories.

The EU now cultivates major wreckage,
every heart is entering an unknown stage;

as someone has chosen to be aloof
underneath a dripping roof.
