Solo Channel Multiple Memories

Top post on IndiBlogger, the biggest community of Indian Bloggers
Our very own DoorDarshan keeps alive very fond memories of watching the favorite programs together with family members. The laughs, the cries, the discussions, the humming of favorite songs are all what made everything so much lively. I still remember the program Rangoli which used to be aired every Sunday morning...I still remember the excitement we all had to watch the songs. And I am glad that Rangoli is still aired with same routine.

Jittery reunion : Mixed bag of Feelings Poetry

My heart beats faster as ever,
as today I gonna feel same shiver;
which I felt when I entered the world,
with my attitude and stood with herd.

My eyes searching a friendly face,
or may be a one with smiling trace.
A kind gesture today was important,
as this will set my ship with merchant.

Goodbye Blues

A Goodbye hurts, though short or long,

mind probably accepts, but heart no strong.

Distances are meager for our bond,
but a gesture can sing a cheerful song.

Memorizing moments of togetherness each time crops.
Don’t know why it always welcomes a teardrop?

When I was a Child - Unique Approach

This post has won WOW badge from Blogadda

I didn't see what's wrong,

I didn't support any wing,
I walked where my heart lead,
When I was a child I didn't had any enemies.

I didn't look at labels or deals,

I didn't go out only to shop,
I wore which was comfortable,
When I was a child I loved everything.

I didn't worked for money,

I didn't walked for honey,
I just played till I exhausted,
When I was a child I had peaceful night.

I didn't expressed each time,

I didn't say a word sometimes,
I just hugged my dear ones,
When I was a child I simply loved everyone.

I didn't had any balance sheets,
I didn't think to cheat,
I just made many friends,

When I was a child I had fun time.

As we grow up we forget the unique and simple way of approach to life which children's have. Let's take resolution on this Children's day to atleast have childlike approach sometimes

Nostalgic Monsoon #MonsoonDiaries

Monsoon brings in many emotions along and one of them is feeling nostalgic about it while travelling down memory lane. The sky showers moments that give us bundle of energy being cheerful during Monsoon. The poetry today shared is the series of Haiku, where Haiku is 3 line poetry with syllable count 5-7-5.

Radiant lightning
Thunderous dark cloudy sky
Memories creep with onset

Reflective moments
Childhood magic reliving
Instills in freshness

Splashing in puddles
Those colorful paper boats
Hopping behind frogs

The might monsoon
Holds exceptional corner
Suffuse cheerfulness

Day #7 - Write tribe festival of words, and we have N of Monsoon  as Nostalgia with series of Haiku.

Weird Memories

Keshav, your breathlessness shows that again you had a nightmare; worried Sanjay inquired him.

After wiping his sweat by his shoulder, Keshav stared at the window and said in somber way, “life is full of circles.”

Sanjay could sense that his obedient request to meditate has been turned off by Keshav and again he was falling prey to his memories.

Keshav answered in hesitated tone “raspy sounds from these woods don’t let me stay in peace, let’s go away from here my brother”.

Sanjay answered “Keshav, look around we are living beside beach since two months; just let go past flames”.

College Memories : Precious Asset

Memories are treasure of life and I give equal credit to it as I give to experiences in life. Some memories never diminish and so are my college day’s memories, whenever I come across the pictures of my college buddies I feel so revitalized. Karl Lagerfeld very aptly quoted “What I like about photographs is that they capture a moment that’s gone forever, impossible to reproduce.” The captured moments become a precious asset with lots of warmth and love being jam packed in it. It’s true that one should enjoy every second of life as we may never know when we long for getting back into that time again.
Colourful College Days - AuraOfThoughts
Colorful College Day

Giving a pause to life and getting back to those lovely days of life is what my heart treasures. There was freedom of thought, great friends and bundle of laughter which resulted in stomach ache most often.

I think it is one of the best phases of life where we get to learn new things while having fun. It is the phase where we explore the world and self with set of friends, lessons got in those days are still so fresh in my mind.

I remember an incident of my college when our university had to terminate the classes for some union protest. The boys used to have a very hard time then, it happened that whenever there was such activity the girls were asked to leave the campus and the boys were forced to participate in the protest. They were handed over the banners, flags and were made to shout slogans. I can still remember how my friends looked funny shouting slogans in hot sun not knowing the motive behind the protest. J

So whenever there was a slight hint of such activity all the boys in seconds vanish from there to escape from many new ways which were discovered by their adventures.
Well time passes very fast and today becomes a memory soon. Lot many wonderful memories just glitter our life and makes us young again. Now I really miss all that, and well feeling nostalgic.

I had a smile and tears while penning down. Thanks Arti and College Dunia to host a contest where I relived my moments again writing this post.

Childhood Memories : Kids Hut Channel

Its weekend, and I along with my kids watch many learning videos online. Though I may not make it a regular habit with gadgets at this age, but scheduled it on weekends to spend some worthy time learning with a twist. Acquiring through interactive medium is so much fun, in such hi-tech world gaining knowledge is just a click away to enjoy when and where we like.

Plus learning turn out to be easier when things are enacted through pictures, furthermore child gets attracted to colors and animated characters connect to them easily. I still remember how I used to complete my homework and just stick to the TV to watch Chulbuli batein by Tabassum on DD national. Recently watching the video,“Chanda ek tarae anek” on social messenger, it just took me back in my goody memories. It refreshed how my friends and I also tried to throw the stones in that pyramid manner in just one throw, now I laugh thinking about that.

Everyone’s childhood is spent listening stories from elders, and these stories thought us larger than life lessons that even today I am not able to detach from them. One of my most loved stories was the” Little red Riding hood”; I used to stand in front of the mirror dressed up in a red attire and imitate her. Red riding hood tells us to obey our elders and not to talk to strangers on our way. Here is the youtube video of 'Little Red Riding Hood' from Kids Hut

I wonder how these beautiful stories and rhymes are passing on from one generation to another without losing its charm and are favorites of all, hats off to the makers and the YouTube, which has kept them alive in our hearts. Or it could be Twinkle Twinkle Little star poem, where it’s rhythm is rooted in our senses. It taught to look at stars and really wonder how far they are. That poem had not lost touch from my heart till date. All my unrealistic fantasies are part of that poem I wish I sat on a swing on touch the stars. Stars hold very important part in every one’s life, just look at them they really make you smile; isn’t it? Today too when I gaze at them in dark night there is smile on face, which says, though aspirations are to achieve but I can look at them. Seeing your goal can surely make you stronger to achieve. They teach us to shine always under any circumstances. Let's look at the stars again in this video from Kids Hut

“Those cute childhood memories are like an orange punch whose flavors are fresh and blasting.”
