The book covers 5 laws in the step by step manner explaining to the reader the importance of money and how we need to make a good relationship with money. The book is divided into 5 chapters each starting with a reason to learn about finances to attain happiness and ultimately the freedom to manage life.

  • Author co-relates life events with the finances and how smooth functioning of the life can happen if we start investing and earning through the income at early stages of life.
  • Author has suggested the books in every chapter and at the end of the book, so that reader can look for more input on the subject.


What we want more in the book:

  • Action plan for women to take up a small amount to invest.
  • Calculation of savings and investment
  • A reference to all the acronyms for a new beginner who is keen to understand but they have to google the words before proceeding to the next chapter.
  • More detailed plan with examples for working and non-working mothers to save for the future.


Final Thought

Author Neha Jain's book is based on the theme of financial freedom and a quote by Suze Orman says it all, "A big part of financial freedom is having your heart and mind free from worry about the what-ifs of life." If you are a person who does not understand finances or is keen to learn the keys for the financial freedom, then this book is right start for you. Begin to understand your finances, work towards building it strong. The book is primarily meant for Indians whereas every reader gains a life lesson through it.
