Autobiography Of Roti ( Bread )

English translation:

Roti(Bread) is feeling proud today,
worshiped by every human being.
Let us all listen to the autobiography of Roti,
what it has to say to each one of us.

You walk long distances for attaining me,
work very hard in life.
In any form I may be, hot or cold,
for me you have to become capable.

If made to eat with love,
only a bit of me is more than sufficient.
And if served with harshness,
a huge bundle of mine spreads unhappiness.

Small or big,rich or poor,
if I am not there I can play with your fate.
Don't ignore me for all the other pleasures,
losing is easy, but attaining is difficult.

Whatever color I may be in,black or white,
I fulfill wishes of every human.
I am not recognized by particular shape or size,
just my good taste is cherished by all.

How wonderful is this Roti
that every one faces challenges in life.
A very bitter truth Roti says,
prayer is also not possible when one is hungry.
