Through the centuries, some of the greatest minds have tried to understand women. And we can admit that some admired them and some celebrated them. But one fact remains true over time: all were fascinated by them.

We have always heard that behind every man, there is a woman, but this is also very much true that behind every successful woman, there is a woman with firm determination. A determination to wade through the social barriers to light a better world for women like you and me. 

Let us understand how a woman can be a women's greatest support system!

What I am today is only your thought:

It is the epitome of strength a woman has taken to reach where they are, and that is only possible when the mindset is progressive. Being an ambassador of change is a challenging road to walk. It is the perseverance to rise above all the hurdles and redefine self and the people around them.

Questions that raises Gender Bias in the Society

In the 21st century, where each necessity is turning out to be digital, where the world is getting shorter with the help of technology, we all are heading towards a progressive world, but are we progressive in the thought process that makes society a better place for women.

This year's women’s day theme is #BreaktheBias, after more than a century of celebration(1911 to 2021) of International Women’s Day we all are still standing at the cross path where society is creating gender bias.

If you think you are supporting women by giving them options and freedom to choose then society at the same time is asking questions to women that are creating a huge gap between gender roles played and also passing statements that are subtle judgments. The Social pressure theory states that women are under high pressure than men due to this.

नारी तू इतनी ज़िद्दी क्यों हैं ?

कितनी बार गिरती फिसलती है ,

ढलती है फिर उठ खड़ी हो जाती है | 

कोई सोच, कोई सीमा तुझे रोक क्यों नहीं पाती है,

कोई ऐसी मंज़िल नहीं जहाँ तू पहुंच नहीं पाती है | 

नारी तू इतनी ज़िद्दी क्यों है?

सारा बोझ अपने कन्धों पर लेके आगे बढ़ती जाती है ,

जितने पड़ाव आते , उनको पार कर जाती है | 

सारा जग तुझे कभी प्रेरित करता तो कभी तिरस्कार ,

कोई टिपण्णी कोई खबर तुझे नहीं भटका पाती  | 

नारी तू इतनी ज़िद्दी क्यों है ?

Be Bold for Change - Poetry on #WomensDay

We were never silent;

voices were made transient.

ready for responsibilities;

Are you ready to share from her kitty.

Born bold without any hitch;

why many compare and stay in fix.

We are and will be as heart says;

be ready for bold change that essays.

Advices and conditions are plenty;

Rules and regulations are petty.

Girl grows courageously into woman;

Is society ready to see fearless woman.

Change is important in mindset;

Attire and degrees is just a crescent. 

Acceptance of her identity is critical,

Its the need of hour and essential.
