When we say representing our country on the global platform, we count on many events like sports, entertainment, business collaborations, and beauty pageants.  Beauty pageants are a delight to watch, and my favorite part of the pageant is the question-answer round and, of course, the ultimate crowning moment. So, let's have a look at some of the fascinating facts of Miss India Beauty Pageant crowns.

Designs of Miss India crowns are unique and inspired by many different elements like nature, ocean waves.

pageant recently wrapped up its 58th edition of Femina Miss India 2022. At the event's end, Manasa Varanasi of Telangana crowned her successor, Sini Sadanand Shetty of Karnataka.

Changing Face Of Beauty Pageants:

We might have watched or followed the beauty pageants at some point. We all might have noticed that with time the significance of beauty has undergone many changes. When we speak about beauty, it's not limited only to how one dresses or looks, but it's much more beyond that. It symbolizes power, attention, and fame. This beautiful headpiece is carved out of some of the world's most precious metals, and the delicate stonework and beautiful motifs add more grace.

I am She Crown

This exquisite crown is studded with pearls, motifs, and stone work encircling the entire periphery of the crown. The crown is adorned by intricate carvings of an Indian National Bird, the peacock. The intricate stonework boasts great poise. It is the only crown in Indian Pageant history to cover the complete periphery of the crown with precious stone works. Miss Universe India wore this crown in 2010, 2011, and 2012.

This Femina Miss India World 2010 crown is a design marvel that resembles the Statue of Liberty crown. The detailing is done with gold work, with the delicate golden strands radiating out from the base covering the periphery, adding a perfect grace. The edges of the strands at the top are studded with green tri-oval stones contradicting the crown's color yet amplifying the charm. The design of the crown signifies freedom and hope, and the green color of the stones is synonymous with growth and life.

The crown's design symbolizes the sea's lifeline, serenity, stability, and health.
