How to Stay Calm & Win over anxiety

Energy flow of body and the energy flow of universe if matched then one attains serenity. I have read these lines in a devotional book that makes me believe that one should gather calmness to stay in tune with universe.

In a rush to complete many tasks in little frame of time with many distractions beside, we tend to loose calm attitude. And by doing so sometimes we mess up with our work or sometimes the tasks are done half heartedly and sometimes without your perfection level. And later we realize that we could not stay calm in situations and the result is not as expected.

Deep down we all want to be calm in every stressful situation and act wisely. But does calmness come on its own or its inherited? So how does one attain calmness and peaceful attitude in crisis situations? Not losing our temperament and maintaining a calm demeanor comes with constant exercise. Practicing in a proper way can imbibe in us the beauty of peacefulness. So lets follow these 5 guidelines to stay calm.

Sparkling Solitude

Walking unaided
I assemble my thoughts

Over silent sea
Drizzle plays euphoric sound
I need your deepness
To prioritize dreams

To learn how to balance
Relations with perfect colour

I need your wisdom
For appropriate pathway

Solitude my hero
love you everlastingly

Your presence builds view
Clearly answering questions

You are my truthful mentor

The above is the Choka poetry which is formed by writing alternately 5 /7 syllable couplets and then ending the poem with an extra seven-syllable line.

Evolve in Solitude - #SelfGrowth Poetry

Evolving in Solitude is like diving deep within the soul in search of answers. In many crisis

situations or in dilemma such solitude act help us to come up with answers that are deep

hidden in our soul. This below poetry is the series of Shadorma form of poetry.

Near a lake
On calm dark night
Pondered deep
Moments passed
My isolation helped to
Explore the real

What I held
Forever with me
Grasps strongly
Organize
Amicable solitude
House of emotions

Solitude
Craft unrefined thoughts
Demolish
My Ego
Lend a hand to encourage
Evade through darkness

The time spent
Is not frivolous
But precious
Brighten up
A journey that builds a root

With my solitude
