How to be FIT in WINTERS with YOGA

Winter season is already knocking the doors in many parts of the world, which brings lots of changes. Be it with food habits, skin, clothing, and of course a change in our routine too. We all like to stay warm and cozy in winters and have hot cup of soup or coffee and spend the days calmly.

Yes a winter brings along a sense of calmness and peace along but our routine of work and house has to go on in similar manner, season just changes the way we lead our schedule. Winters definitely make it little difficult to step out of our house for things that are not dictated.

Thirty esteemed bloggers from blogging fraternity have joined hands to participate in the Blog train for #SiblingTalk reviving the sweet and tickling hours spent with loving siblings and revive golden memories of the past.
We take the baton of the train from Judy Moris and thank her for passing the blog train baton who is an avid traveller, foodie and proudly describes herself as ‘Jack of all trades’. Writing has been her passion. Her articles have been published in city supplements of The Times of India and more. She has her travel and lifestyle website The Other Brain Inc. Check her travel photos on Instagram at @freemindtree.

Siblings and their stories are always special, so when I found this blog train we hopped onto it to tell our tale of siblings. What a coincidence siblings writing for SiblingStories blog train. Yes we, Meenal Sonal, blogging sister duo are having a great time writing together so many stories and articles with a single notion in mind and that is positivity. We are three sisters Meenal, Sonal & Akansha to cheer our sibling fondness. For us
A Sibling is a person who

cares for you without being judgmental,
is a critic to the core
guide and mentor,
supports you in all situations

and your partner in every task (even in pranks)

Comfortable baby with right Baby products

Being cautious in every move you take becomes a general tendency of a mother in respect to their children. And yes mothers do take utmost care when it comes to health of a child. I feel a child is happy when he/ she is in most comfortable environment. Be it atmosphere of the house, the vibes, clothes kids wear and even the products applied to them.

Toddlers, who can hardly express themselves, have their cute expressions to convey their messages. Furthermore only can cry to display their discomfort and its parents whose deduction and analysis of situation then understand the actual problem and act to resolve it and make the child comfortable again.

Mysterious Deed

“Where do you go every alternate full moon day?” Joe questioned Shanon.

“We had a pact that you will never ask about it”. Shanon replied and left to complete another historian project leaving Joe puzzled.

Not this time thought Joe and quietly followed her. He could see Shanon hastily entering an abandoned out-house door and chewing a strange fruit.
